24-Hour Notice Required
24-hour notice required. Less than 24 hours or missed appointments may result in a fee or forfeiture of a package session. Monday bookings: notice must be given by 7:00 PM the preceding Saturday (closed Sundays).
Timely Arrival Keeps Your Full Treatment Intact
Timely arrival ensures your full treatment. Late arrivals will receive as much of the service as time allows. Additional time needed to complete the procedure may incur a continuation fee to rebook or extend. Fees vary by service — ask the team.
Never Expected, Always Appreciated
Gratuity is not expected but always appreciated. Tipping envelopes for cash gratuities are available at the front desk, or gratuity may be added to your credit card.
All Sales Are Final
All treatments and laser hair removal services are non-refundable. Pre-paid packages and deposits are also non-refundable. No reimbursements will be issued once a purchase is completed. All sales are final.
Appointments Are Confirmed With Prepayment
A prepayment is required to secure all appointments.
Packages Stay With the Purchaser
Packages are non-transferable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
